Connor is learning how to play guitar...! He has had a few lessons and has learned a lot of chords. He hasn't given us a concert yet , but he sounds good pretty good from his room...!

Teeth Cleaning...?

Poor Connor was such a good sport this past weekend allowing Elijah to spray him with the water hose. In this action photo Connor accidentally took a direct shot in the mouth as Elijah shouts with glee...! By the way, Connor would like it documented that he blew up Elijah's pool with 'mostly his own air' because the hand pump was not working properly...

It's so much fun to watch the boys play together. Connor is an excellent big brother!

Rounding Out The First Week of School...

Connor reports that High School is Fun... He's feeling engaged and challenged. He hasn't started football yet but will get involved in that starting next week.

He is taking 'German' as one of his subjects and we have been practicing German at the dinner table lately.

This weekend we don't have any definite plans for the holiday. But I'm sure we'll do something fun and I'll make a full report next Monday...!

Summer Time Tennis

Making Tacos

Connor Made dinner for the family last night. Tacos: one of his favorite meals. And mine, too...! I have to say that Connor's tacos were delicious...! Good Job Connor! He really has some talent in the kitchen. I can't wait for the next meal he prepares for us!

Connor placed second at his school's end of the season district meet. He played a very good player in the finals. We are all proud of Connor for having a good season...!

Stargate Atlantis is one of Connor's favorite shows.... We ordered the complete 1st season on DVD recently. It was shipped from Illinois to Austin, then to Oklahoma, and then to Dallas...

It finally turned up in West Columbia ten days after we initially placed the order...!

Connor and Rylee

We got a new dog at Christmas. Her name is Rylee. She is a Chihuahua-Terrier mix. This is the first picture we ever took of Rylee.

Connor's Christmas 2006

Connor's 2006 Christmas was spent here at home in West Columbia Texas with mom, stepdad, brother, Granpa Arno and Granma Judy. After a delicious Christmas dinner Connor and Granpa were anxious to open presents.

Some of Connor's presents included a new I-pod, some video games, books, clothes, a cool soccer game, gift cards, and cash. He also enjoyed playing with Elijah, who got some cool toys, himself...!

The Rams are Connor's favorite football team.

The 'beloved' I-pod... I'm afraid this is a permanent fixture in Connor's ears...
